2. WHAT ARE LITUSCCOR PIECES MADE OF?

Our wall art is produced on acrylic glass, giving each design a modern, clean and premium appearance.

The smooth surface and visual depth of acrylic glass help bring colors, details and contrasts to life while creating an elegant finish for your space.

3. WHAT MAKES LITUSCCOR DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR WALL ART?

We don't believe wall art should simply fill an empty wall.

Litusccor pieces are created around ideas, emotions, ambitions and personal vision. Whether through art, photography, statements or quotes, our goal is to create pieces that mean something to the person looking at them.

4. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order volume and other circumstances outside our direct control.

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information by email, including tracking details when available.

This allows you to follow your order on its way to you.

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Availability and delivery times depend on your destination.

If your address is available during checkout, you can place your order for delivery to that location. Shipping costs and applicable delivery information will be displayed during checkout.

7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 50-day return period.

You may request a return within 50 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

8. HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

If you would like to return your order, simply contact Litusccor within the applicable return period and clearly state that you wish to return your purchase.

9. DOES MY ACRYLIC GLASS COME WITH A MOUNTING SYSTEM?

Yes. Your Litusccor acrylic glass comes with a mounting system designed to provide a clean, stable and seamless display.

Once installed, the system allows your artwork to sit elegantly on the wall while creating a modern floating appearance.

10. HOW DO I MOUNT MY LITUSCCOR PIECE?

The supplied mounting plate is attached securely to your wall. Once the mounting plate is correctly installed, your acrylic glass piece can be attached to the mounting system.

Always make sure that the mounting method is suitable for your specific wall type before installation.

11. DO I NEED TO DRILL INTO MY WALL?

Depending on your wall type and installation method, drilling may be required.

For a secure installation, we recommend having a drill or cordless drill, suitable screws and appropriate wall plugsavailable.

The correct screws and wall plugs depend on the material and condition of your wall.

12. ARE SCREWS AND WALL PLUGS INCLUDED?

Because different walls require different types of screws and wall plugs, you should have suitable mounting hardware available for your specific wall type.

If you are unsure which hardware is appropriate, we recommend consulting a professional or your local hardware specialist before installation.

13. CAN I INSTALL THE ACRYLIC GLASS MYSELF?

Yes. The mounting system is designed to make installation straightforward.

However, proper installation is important. If you are unsure about your wall type, drilling or the correct mounting hardware, we recommend asking someone experienced or a professional for assistance.

14. HOW DO I CLEAN MY ACRYLIC GLASS?

For regular cleaning, use a soft, clean microfiber cloth and handle the surface gently.

Avoid abrasive materials, rough sponges and aggressive cleaning products that could damage or scratch the acrylic surface.

15. WHERE CAN I DISPLAY MY LITUSCCOR PIECE?

Litusccor pieces are designed to become part of your personal environment — whether that's your bedroom, living room, home office, workspace or another suitable interior space.

Choose a location where the piece can become a visible part of your everyday surroundings.

16. WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON MY SCREEN?

We aim to represent our designs as accurately as possible.

However, colors and brightness may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device and lighting conditions. The appearance of the finished acrylic glass may therefore vary slightly from the digital representation.

17. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order information and clear photos showing the damage and packaging so we can review the situation and help you with the next steps.

18. CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN DESIGN OR IDEA?

Absolutely.

Litusccor is built around creativity and growth, and we want our community to become part of what we create.

If you have an idea, quote, concept, artwork or design you would love to see as a Litusccor piece, you are welcome to contact us and share it.

19. DOES SUBMITTING AN IDEA GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BECOME A PRODUCT?

No. While we love receiving ideas from our community, submitting a concept does not automatically guarantee that it will be produced or added to a Litusccor collection.

Every submission may be reviewed individually to determine whether and how it could fit the brand and our future collections.
